Rent is based on several factors such as the property itself, the length of your lease, whether or not the home is furnished and whether or not you have pets. Rent is on a sliding scale (the shorter the lease the more expensive). 

It is our full-time job and dedication to you to provide well-researched rental prices that provide you a great value for your money. We dedicate countless hours comparing comps to assure you the fair market rental values for our homes. 

In addition to our competitive rental prices we also give you direct access to our cell phone number to make communicating a breeze - no robots to chat with or waiting days to get a response on a maintenance request. 

A few other things we provide:

• High-speed internet (select homes)
• Schlage Encode Smart Lock on the front door (select homes)
• Landscaping: we cover basic clean up to ensure the yard is safe and tidy
• Maintenance: Direct access to the landlord to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. We have a list of trusted professionals we work with to provide you a quick and easy service call. 
• You will be sent air filters every few months to ensure your safety
• A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in every home
• Most importantly... we CARE about you, your safety and happiness in our homes!

We are happy to offer short-term leases (1-6 months). For leases under 6 months, we include all of your utilities* plus high-speed internet.

As of August 2024 our base rent on a 12-month lease starts at $1,700/month and varies proportionally to your lease term. Please keep in mind that prices are always subject to change.
